As a Managing Broker with Windermere I work with Sellers to market and sell their homes, and with Buyers who are looking for a new house or condo as a place to call home, use as a vacation or second home, or to keep as an investment. I am well versed and very knowledgeable about condominiums and well equipped to sell houses. My areas of expertise are Green Lake, Wallingford, Ravenna, Downtown Seattle, South Lake Union, Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, Belltown, and Ballard. I have personally lived in or near all of these neighborhoods and along with market knowledge I can share tips for restaurants, shops, parks and more.
We love to ‘make it easy’ for Sellers; it’s in our team’s wheelhouse to coordinate all of the tasks and guide on strategy to get the best return on a listing. And ask any past buyer about my ‘3 hour tour’; it’s a special experience and a great way to efficiently learn to be ready for the purchasing process.
Early in my career, beginning in 2003, I worked with a Brokerage helping developers market and sell condominiums and townhomes. That process of managing hundreds of transactions through closing was a great way to gain valuable insight about how transactional and emotional dynamics can shift the experience, and laid the groundwork to form a career as a rounded real estate Broker. Starting in my early 20s I have owned many condos and houses, either living in them and selling or holding as investment/rental property. Owning several properties; the one I live in, a 2nd home, and several investments allows me a myriad of perspective on different real estate styles. I have served as president on several condominiums boards and I am an active member of the Seattle real estate community.
Raised at the base of Mt. Rainier, I have always felt a connection to Seattle; the way the city takes your breath away when the skyline appears from I-5, the dense high-rise buildings that taper into the close-knit communities, and unique neighborhoods within walking distance to so many amenities. I moved to Seattle half a life ago to get a business degree from University of Washington and decided at graduation that there is no place I would rather live; Seattle is it for me. In my free time I enjoy traveling, daily walks around Green Lake, gathering with friends and spending time with my husband Stevo, kid Patrick, and pets Gibson, Kenzo and Koba.
